Return and Refund Policy :-

• Room Rent will be collected during check-in time In Advance (Or online in case of online bookings)
• Cancellation is free of charge. Guest must inform us at least 12 hours prior.
• In case customer have any issues with our services after check-in only 40% of amount will be refundable to the guest
• Guest must share his/her Bank Account Info for a refund
• All refunds will be transferred using (NEFT/IMPS only)

• Timing:- 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on business days (in case of bank holidays all transfers will take place on next business day)
